This year, let pork take your students on a foodie field trip! Students travel to the farm to learn about sustainable agriculture and how pig farmers have reduced the environmental impacts of pork production. Then it’s time to discover how pork adds healthy protein to local cuisines around the world. And for families, the program includes a take-home letter with ideas for making mealtimes meaningful, plus easy-to-prepare pork recipes that students and their families are sure to enjoy.
