1. No purchase necessary.
2. The YMI Teacher Testimonials promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are a) eighteen (18) years of age or older and b) currently employed full- or part-time as an educator by an accredited public or private K-12 school in the United States.
3. Promotion participants must submit their testimonial using the online form at https://ymiclassroom.com/teachertestimonial/ by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date specified at the top of the form. Young Minds Inspired reserves the right to extend this submission deadline.
4. Promotion participants must follow all instructions on the form and may submit only one testimonial form for any YMI educational program. Forms generated by script, macro, robotic, programming or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Photographs and/or videos provided to Young Minds Inspired under this promotion must show the YMI educational program being used or displayed in the classroom. Photographs and/or videos will not be published without permission.
6. All promotion participants who submit a completed testimonial form that includes photographs and/or videos of the YMI educational program being used and/or displayed in the classroom will receive a $25 Amazon gift card by email. One gift card per program per educator.
7. Young Minds Inspired is the official administrator of this promotion and reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion or any part of it without notice.
8. Young Minds Inspired is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by human error or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions. Young Minds Inspired is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or processing malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
9. Young Minds Inspired retains the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final. The laws of the State of Connecticut shall govern this promotion. The courts of Connecticut shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this promotion. All promotion participants agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.
10. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any and all taxes that may be associated with receipt of a gift card through this promotion are the responsibility of the recipient.
