New York Thursdays brings foods grown and raised in New York state to New York public school cafeterias every Thursday, to help students learn how much of what they eat comes from local farms and dairies. Extend this learning by having your students watch a brief New York State Dairy Farm video and help make your school eligible to win a prize package valued at up to $5,000.
