Youth Gambling Research

We are asking educators to help us assess whether youth gambling is a significant concern in secondary schools across the country and to guide us in developing educational resources that will address this issue effectively.   • PLEASE NOTE: For the purposes of this survey we are using the following definitions:
    • Gambling is defined as any activity involving some element of chance in which an individual risks something of value with the hope of gaining something of value in return. By this definition, even raffles, bingo games, fantasy sports leagues, and similar pastimes are forms of gambling.
    • Youth gambling is defined as any gambling activity conducted by a school-aged youth.
