Use these resources to support your students. The NEW Emotional Empowerment program for grades 1-6 helps children recognize, identify, and manage their emotions. (Click on “Send Us Your Feedback” to complete and submit the survey for a chance to receive a free book.*) The middle school program will help students learn about empathy and self-care, and encourages classes to Take a Day Time Break to support mental wellness. The Share Your Feelings program will help elementary school students explore their feelings and discover strategies for coping with stressful feelings.
