Lesson Plans

Places, Cities, and Worlds

Grades: Grades 3-5, 6-8

Subject Area: Language Arts, STEAM

Made Possible By: Wizards of the Coast

Inspire your students to explore the role of settings (places, cities, and worlds) in storytelling with the popular collaborative roleplaying game, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). Activities reinforce story elements, creative thinking, and narrative writing. Students and teachers do not need prior knowledge of D&D to use the programs. You just need imagination and a collaborative spirit!
