Good hydration is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Help your second-graders and their parents learn why with this standards-based health education program, available in English and Spanish. Fun quizzes teach students hydration facts and how water keeps our bodies hydrated, while parents learn the warning signs of dehydration. Includes a Hydration Diary and puzzle poster to help students stay hydrated all day long, plus a take-home letter for parents.
