Let the Home Fire Safety Patrol help your child learn how smoke alarms help families stay safe from home fire and how to do a family fire drill. Watch the videos and use the resources to teach children about the importance of working smoke alarms, the meaning of the sounds they make, and where they belong in a home. Children also learn how to spot and correct common home fire dangers, and how to plan for a fast escape in case a home fire happens. As a family, practice a home fire drill to help keep everyone safe.
